I like this down stem! It is easy to see, thus hard to forget it is there, and it is unbreakable anyway! Hooray! I wish it came in more sizes. I ordered before I noticed “how to measure” (ie. don’t include the top flare section!), so it was too long. But it was easy to work with: I made a gasket from a piece of plasticy mailer, and it worked okay until I got a glass one of the correct size. It now awaits service in a bigger glass piece one day. Recommended!
