I purchased this piece and got it 3 days later. I quickly opened the box to view it and wow! It’s a BEAUTIFUL piece. I went to use it the following day for the first time and notice it was wobbly when I set it on a flat surface…resulting in 1 spilled bowl that thankfully was fully recovered, lol. After I take a couple of hits, I realize there are chips in the bottom base of the bong. I read in the return section that the item had to be unused and with the original packaging but I still contacted customer service. Sol prompted emailed me back explain that I should have inspected the item better upon receiving (which is 100% true, I was headed to work when the package arrived so I glanced it over and didn’t think twice about it – but I will inspect them better going forward). He also explained that they would send me a replacement. It arrived 2 days later and it is 100% perfect. This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had so I will definitely recommend this site for friends and will be back myself.
The piece itself is beautiful. I have used it a few times now and it is the perfect size and is easy to clean and move around.
