I ordered these online, and two arrived broken. No worries, e420 replaced them and all good! But when I was inserting them in my new pieces, they broke again— the bottom ventilation slots break off of the main stem part easier than the rest of it. However I can still use the down stem without the ventilation slot section, I just wish I could try it without it breaking first lol! Still five stars because they’re still working and look just fine with the broken tip
