Ordered this and a bubbler. Shipping was fast and packaged well, almost too well. The bubbler came undamaged with a couple of stickers and the usual monthly toss in and coupon code. But the lava flow rig came broken. (I believe it was just wrapped too tight which isnt entirely a bad thing i guess?) But that and bouncing around in a shipping truck led to its ultimate demise. Reached out to customer service and within a couple hours i had a response and next day had a replacement on the way. Will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend to all my friends.
