This has a decently thick bottom, holds heat well enough for low-temping. Hasn’t exploded yet. Mine arrived with a small chip in the edge – no foul for the price. I’d rather have an edge chip that bubbles in the glass. Oh, the edge is even beveled – nice touch and makes a good seal.
It spins relatively well. The pearl is just weird. It’s way lighter than other terp pearls if its size and it has trouble slogging through a good sized dab even though it shreds pretty nice on a dry run.
For the price, though, you will not find anything better anywhere. Just know what you’re getting and don’t be surprised when you get the habit of slightly holding your rig and oscillating it to assist the pearl’s movement to keep it spinning.
