It’s a really nice bong, however I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because after only a couple cleanings the tie dye has started to wear off on the mouth piece. Otherwise it’s awesome! Their customer service gets 2 stars though. Didn’t even seem to care that this was happening… and again I’d only had the thing for less than a month when the fading started happen.
